BPC-157 is probably the most well-studied peptide out there. I've seen the Sikiric papers — over 100 studies on this compound. The consistency of results across different tissue models is what stands out.
Ran BPC-157 for my shoulder. 250mcg 2x daily subq near the site. By week 3 the improvement was noticeable. By week 5 I had full ROM back. Your mileage may vary obviously.
What I like about BPC is the safety profile in the literature. No reported serious adverse effects across all the animal studies. That's rare for any compound.
