By accessing or using the website located at sequence.la (the "Site") operated by Sequence ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site.

You must be at least 21 years of age to access this Site or purchase products from Sequence. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old.
3. Product Use Disclaimer
All products sold on this Site are intended for laboratory and research use only. They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, or any therapeutic application. Products are not drugs and have not been approved by the FDA for any purpose. By purchasing from Sequence, you certify that you are purchasing on behalf of an authorized institution, laboratory, biotech company, CRO/CDMO/CMO, government entity, diagnostic company, or that you are a licensed researcher.
4. Account Registration
You are required to create an account to complete a purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is required at the time of purchase. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or on your behalf through the Site, at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once shipped. We will replace or refund products that arrive damaged, defective, or do not match the certificate of analysis. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. See our Return Policy for details.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Sequence or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sequence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
