Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Products are carefully packaged to maintain integrity during transit.

Free Shipping

Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States. Orders under $75 incur a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST may be processed the following business day.

Delivery Times

• Standard shipping: 3-5 business days after processing
• Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days after processing (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. You can track your order status using the tracking number provided.

Storage Upon Receipt

Upon receipt, unreconstituted products should be stored at -20°C and protected from light and moisture. If a package appears damaged upon delivery, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.
