Return Policy

General Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has shipped. We cannot accept returns of opened, used, or temperature-compromised products.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the certificate of analysis, we will provide a full replacement or refund at our discretion. To initiate a claim:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number and photos of the damaged product/packaging
- Do not discard the product or packaging until your claim is resolved
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect product, contact us immediately. We will ship the correct product at no additional charge and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed. Once an order enters processing, it cannot be cancelled. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
